Avoid post-party hangover by lining your stomach at Cookies Cream, the restaurant above, before dancing the night away.

For high-end vintage this place is absolute goals. Its name literally translates to ‘The New Black’ so don’t be surprised if you stumble across a never-worn piece from Raf Simons screaming to be restyled and taken out on the town. The interior is pretty dope too!


4 Voo Oranienstrasse 24

Loved by Berliners and hip visitors alike, Voo is a concept store like no other. Housed in an old locksmith shop it oozes “Berlin” with its enviable array of super cool sneakers, accessories and magazines and even has a coffee shop, Companion on site to sit, evaluate purchases and people watch.


5 Ekstase 51 Licht & Design Friedel Highway 51

From retro pop coloured plastic pieces to elegant woods this vintage furniture store in Neukolin is full to the brim with previously loved lamps, accessories and other great furniture. Though owner Sabrine restocks regularly, this hidden gem regularly gets cleared out so be quick!



1 Arena - Badeschiff

A peculiar sight. A swimming pool in the middle of the Spree River complete with golden sands, fully stocked bar, late night parties and not forgetting incredible views of the city. Badeschiff is open-air during the summer months and under cover in the winter.

2 Helmut Newton Museum Jebensstraße 2

Housed by the Helmut Newton Foundation is the museum dedicated to the man who established eroticism in fashion photography. Strong female forms line the walls and there is also a chance to view many of Newton’s personal belongings including his beloved cameras.


3 Liquidrom Möckernstrasse 10

The term ‘public bath’ doesn’t do this place justice; it’s more super cool urban spa! Float the stress away in the domed salt-water pool while enchanting light shows project under water and mellow tunes from live DJs encompass the air.


4 Kraftwerk Berlin Kopenicker Strasse 70

Not only home to legendary techno club, Tresor, this once abandoned power plant also houses art installations, special events and super cool gigs. And if the full programme of events wasn't enough, the super-sized industrial architecture is sure to blow you away.
